Admission Requirements

To apply, please complete the application form (located in the link below) and submit it to admissions@ilg-ks.org, along with copies of the following required enrollment documents:

Passport /Birth Certificate
Vaccination Record
Health Insurance
Previous School Report Card

Upon receipt of your application, the Admissions Office will send confirmation and a payment request for the non-refundable (one-time) registration fee of 300 EUR in order to finalize your child’s enrollment.

We accept applications from Crèche through Grade 10

Age requirements for admissions

Students are admitted based on age as follows:

Crèche: age 1 by 30 September

Toddlers: age 2 by 30 September

Early Years 1: age 3 by 30 September

Early Years 2: age 4 by 30 September

Early Years 3: age 5 by 30 September

Grade 1: age 6 by 30 September

Grade 2: age 7 by 30 September

Grade 3: age 8 by 30 September

Grade 4: age 9 by 30 September

Grade 5: age 10 by 30 September

Grade 6: age 11 by 30 September

Grade 7: age 12 by 30 September

Grade 8: age 13 by 30 September

Grade 9: age 14 by 30 September

Grade 10: age 15 by 30 September

Grade 11: age 16 by 30 September

Tuition Fees

All tuition fee payment transactions should be completed by wire transfer to the following bank account. Please include all transfer fees, especially if it is an international transfer.

Tuition Reduced Rate – Out of pocket payers 0% to 40% covered by employer.

Tuition Tiered Rate – Payers with 41% to 90% covered by employer.

Tuition Standard Rate – Payers with 91% to 100% covered by employer.

For all students, the highest school fee applies unless the parents apply for a reduced payment using the ‘Reduced Rate’ application form. This will include a signature confirming the truthfulness of the information provided. Upon the receipt of the following form, ILG Tuition Questionnaire 2022-23 you will receive a confirmation from the admission office in which tuition fee category your child belongs.

Tuition Fees include a daily snack and after-school activities.

Tuition Fees can be paid in four equal installments: August, October, January, and March.
