Alex Anderson’s field is in international development, specialising in democracy, human rights and conflict. He currently works with NGO projects in Ukraine for enhancing integrity in local-level humanitarian aid and reconstruction and in long-term election observation across eastern Europe. Previously he led the International Crisis Group’s work on Kosovo. He holds a master’s degree with distinction in social policy and planning in developing countries from the London School of Economics. Involved in Kosovo since 1997, Alex is a parent at ILG School.
