What is more important
Than sending your children to a school where they love to learn?
The more that you read, the more things you will know.
The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.

Arbresha Beqiri – Grade 3 Homeroom Teacher and Community Education Coordinator

Arbresha Beqiri holds a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and is completing her master’s at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Education. Her diverse experience includes working with children of various ages in public schools across Kosovo, where she acquired valuable practical skills.

Additionally, Ms. Beqiri has taught English to displaced children and their families, while she has undertaken several teaching practices across different grade levels, enhancing her adaptability and knowledge. After moving to Boston, she expanded her skills at Artisan Childcare Center as a Lead Teacher and worked as the coordinator for the Albanian School in Boston.

Returning to Kosovo in 2023, she joined ILG as a part-time Teaching Assistant before becoming the Early Years One Homeroom Teacher. In December 2024 she moved into the role of Grade 3 co-teacher.  She is beyond grateful to be a teacher and  have the opportunity to be part of children’s growth and development at different stages of their life.

Getting to know the world is what she loves, so traveling is one of her ways of achieving it.
