ILG School is seeking an experienced and inspiring Executive Director to lead our internationally minded, not-for-profit IB World School in Prishtina, Kosovo. As the only school in the country offering the IB continuum (PYP, MYP, and DP), ILG is committed to high-quality teaching, innovative learning, and the holistic development of students aged 3–19.
The Executive Director will serve as the school’s chief executive, responsible for guiding strategic growth, ensuring strong academic outcomes, and fostering a positive, inclusive school community. We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven IB experience, strong organizational and people-management skills, and a passion for international education.

The ILG School Summer Camp is back! Join us from Monday, 26 June, through Friday, 28 July, from 08:30-15:00. Registration is open to current students, new students, and children that do not attend ILG School from ages 2-16. (Early Years 1 – Grade 11 for the 2023-2024 school year.) We look forward to welcoming you for a summer of fun!
