What is more important
Than sending your children to a school where they love to learn?
The more that you read, the more things you will know.
The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.

Albulena Beqiri Gjikolli – Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher

Mrs. Albulena Beqiri Gjikolli received her university degree in Computer Science from the University of Business and Technology – UBT. She holds a master’s degree in General Pedagogy in Education from the University of Pristina. Albulena joined ILG School in 2011 and feels as though ILG School is her second home.

Albulena started working with children at a young age and while observing their different behaviors decided to seek a career to help them become awesome human beings. She believes that children are a gift and possess diverse talents and capabilities. She considers it a privilege to help facilitate their learning and academic growth. Albulena believes each student learns in their own way and style. She strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment where each student can have the opportunity to experience success and progress. She believes it is her goal to help encourage students to look beyond the four walls of the classroom and view the world around them as a place of learning and discovery. By doing this, she hopes to instill in them a desire to become lifelong learners.

In her family, she is known as a “great chef” because she spends a good amount of time cooking and exploring new recipes, especially for her little son. Albulena loves playing sudoku with her grandfather as it always turns into a fun competition.
