Executive Director

ILG School is seeking an experienced and inspiring Executive Director to lead our internationally minded, not-for-profit IB World School in Prishtina, Kosovo. As the only school in the country offering the full IB continuum (PYP, MYP, and DP), ILG is committed to high-quality teaching, innovative learning, and the holistic development of students aged 3–19.

The Executive Director will serve as the school’s chief executive, responsible for guiding strategic growth, ensuring strong academic outcomes, and fostering a positive, inclusive school community. We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven IB experience, strong organizational and people-management skills, and a passion for international education.
