Ms. Elza Buzhala joined ILG School in January 2023. She possesses a bachelor degree in nursing. She successfully completed several internships at health centers in a variety of places in Pristina and Klina. During that time she gained knowledge and skills as a nurse.
Ms. Buzhala also completed other internships through the “Caritas Kosova Organization”, where she served as a nurse in a polyclinic for six months. These experiences prepared her professionally and emotionally.
Ms. Buzhala describes herself as calm, with an outcome focussed approach to help maximise students’ learning outcomes. She loves a challenging work environment where she can utilise her skills to the fullest extent and is delighted to work at ILG School.
